The Teachings of Buddha

Buddha believed that that life should be all about peace and happiness. His teachings teach his followers how to cope with their day to day problems and how to overcome any problem that comes. His teachings started to be followed about 2,500 years ago. Buddha first created his teachings when he traveled the world and saw three things that he has never seen: sickness, old age, and death. On one of his trips, he saw an old monk who gave up his life to find an end to suffering and then Buddha decided that he was going to devote his life to that cause.
